I spent eight years learning construction from the inside. Working for a custom homebuilder, I moved through framing, siding, cabinetry, flooring, drywall, paint. Each trade taught me something the last one didn't. I saw how details compound—how cutting corners in one phase cascades into problems downstream. How a crew that cares produces work that lasts.

In 2021, I realized I could build something different. Not faster. Not cheaper. Better. A company where the people doing the work take ownership of it. Where experience isn't just a resume line—it's embedded in every cut, every nail, every choice we make on your home. That's when Elite Cut Construction started.
